Three day workshop on ‘natural disaster relief’

Kottayam Social Service Society cordially with United Religions Initiative and Kerala Disaster Relief Authority organized three day workshop on the topic ‘Natural Disaster Relief’ in the scenario of flood. Shri. Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnan (MLA) inaugurated the programme and Dr. Abraham Karikkam (URA Asia Secretary General) presided over the function held at Chaithanya Pastoral Centre. Mr. Sunny Pampadi (District Panchayath President Kottayam), Mr. Renjith Thomas (Program me Director, Vishwayuva Kendra) Dr. U. Irudayaswami ( Director, IRDRP), Mr. Paul Ramanathan (Chairman, Sama found ation), Fr. Sunil Perumanoor (Executive Secretary, KSSS) motivated  the audience with their valuable words during the occasion. Dr. Andrew Spencer (Disaster Relief Authority, Kottayam), Mr. Jeo George (Disaster Relief Authority, Kerala), Mr. Ajith Kumar, Mrs. Neethu V. Thomas, Dr. Athira Das led the sessions on different topics. VishwaYuva Kendra from NewDelhi, IRDRP from Chennai, Sama Foundation from Karnataka coordinated the camp.
